What Gift Print Index Is
Gift Print Index is an assessment designed to identify your innate gifts — not personality traits, not learned skills, but the natural capacities you were born with. It uses plain, straightforward language and delivers a clear result: a two-gift profile with intensity scoring.
Your result is expressed as a compact profile code (like C8G6) that captures which two of the seven gifts are strongest in you, and how intensely each one shows up.
Why It Exists
Most people guess about their strengths. They rely on intuition, feedback from others, or assessments that measure the wrong thing.
Existing tools tend to measure personality — which shifts over time — or skills, which can be learned by anyone with enough practice. Neither gets at what truly makes you effective.
Gift Print Index measures something deeper: what you were built to do. These are capacities that stay stable across contexts and careers, and understanding them changes how you make decisions about work, teams, and direction.

How Scoring Works
Gift Print Index uses within-person relative scoring. This means your results don’t compare you to other people — they compare your gifts to each other. The two that score highest become your giftprint.
Each gift receives an intensity score on a 1–10 scale, organized into three bands: Moderate (4–5), Strong (6–7), and Defining (8–10). Your profile code combines the first letter of each gift with its intensity score — for example, C8G6 means Creative at Defining intensity and Grounded at Strong intensity.

Our goal is to build something genuinely useful — not to oversell what the instrument can do today, but to keep improving it with honesty and rigor.
